Application

The ISOSD61TR is a high-accuracy galvanically isolated second-order sigma-delta modulator based on STMicroelectronics' embedded transformer isolation technology. It converts analog input signals up to ±320 mV into a high-speed 25 MSPS 1-bit digital bitstream that is reconstructed using an external digital filter. The device provides 16-bit resolution, 86 dB typical SNR, 30 kV/μs common-mode transient immunity, and 5000 VPEAK isolation, while supporting LVDS output and operation from a 3 V to 5.5 V supply.
