Application
The STP30NF20 is a 200 V N-channel STripFET™ power MOSFET specifically designed to minimize input capacitance and gate charge while providing excellent switching efficiency, low conduction losses, and high avalanche ruggedness. Its low gate-drive requirements and excellent figure of merit (RDS(on) × Qg) make it ideal for primary switching in isolated DC/DC converters, offline switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), telecom and industrial power supplies, and other high-efficiency power conversion applications requiring fast switching performance and reliable operation.
