The SPC563M64L7COAR is an automotive-grade 32-bit microcontroller based on the Power Architecture® e200z335 core running at up to 80 MHz. It integrates 1.5 MB of Flash memory, 94 KB SRAM, multiple CAN, LIN, SPI, SCI (UART), and EMI interfaces, together with a high-performance 34-channel 12-bit ADC, DMA controller, enhanced Time Processing Unit (eTPU), and advanced PWM peripherals. Qualified to AEC-Q100, it is designed for automotive powertrain and transmission control applications, including engine management systems (EMS), transmission control units (TCU), motor control, and other high-reliability automotive electronic control units (ECUs).
