The TN6050HP-12WY is an automotive-grade AEC-Q101 qualified silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) designed for high-power switching and controlled rectification applications. Rated for 1200 V repetitive off-state voltage and 60 A RMS current, it offers peak voltage robustness up to 1400 V, surge current capability up to 600 A, high EFT noise immunity of 1000 V/μs, and a maximum junction temperature of 150 °C for reliable operation in harsh environments.
