Application

The STEVAL-MKI134V1 is a MEMS adapter board designed to simplify the evaluation of the LIS3DSH three-axis digital accelerometer. The board provides the complete LIS3DSH pinout in a standard DIL24 form factor and includes the required power-supply decoupling capacitors, allowing it to be plugged directly into compatible evaluation motherboards. It is fully compatible with the STEVAL-MKI109V2 MEMS evaluation motherboard, which acts as a bridge between the sensor and a PC running the ST Unico GUI or custom evaluation software for rapid sensor configuration and data acquisition. Supporting both I²C and SPI interfaces and measurement ranges from ±2 g to ±16 g, the STEVAL-MKI134V1 is suitable for motion sensing, vibration monitoring, tilt detection, industrial equipment evaluation, consumer electronics, wearable devices, and rapid MEMS sensor prototyping.
