The A2C35S12M3 is a high-performance ACEPACK™ 2 IGBT power module featuring a Converter-Inverter-Brake (CIB) topology. It integrates 1200 V / 35 A trench gate field-stop M-series IGBTs, soft recovery freewheeling diodes, 1600 V converter rectifiers, and an integrated NTC thermistor in a compact, highly isolated power module. Designed for switching frequencies up to 20 kHz, the module provides an excellent balance between conduction and switching losses, making it suitable for medium-power industrial drive systems. With a 2500 Vrms isolation rating and robust thermal performance, it is ideal for three-phase motor drives, industrial inverters, servo drives, UPS systems, renewable energy inverters, and general-purpose AC motor control applications.
